Milena is a exceptional hostess . The cleaning is very satisfying, the breakfast very nice, the position quite convenient for South Toscany, and Milena's suggestions for food, wineshop and guidance showed up excellent. She is very friendly and spend a lot of time to explain us everything. Value for money definitely (we stayed and in other places on our trip), we strongly recommend it. Thanks a lot Milena

I loved, loved, loved staying in Montebello degli Olivi. Silvia and Gigi were the kindest and warmest hosts I've ever met. They were very attentive to our needs of dinner, bath, internet, morning coffee, etc. The place is quite hidden in the hills/mountains, and it really made me feel like I am in vacation/healing mode. My husband and I rented the entire vacation home (downstairs) and the place was clean and had a very interesting story. But frankly, the BEST part was the dinner made by Silvia. Once you eat her dinner, you cannot return to "regular restaurant food." She makes the most wonderful and delicious homemade Italian dishes, and you MUST try her food. Also, Gigi was very kind in setting up the bathtub when the sun was setting. The view is stunning. My husband and I sincerely want to thank them for their hospitality and really enjoyed our time there. ~Agnese (who usually doesn't write reviews but couldn't resist writing a review for this place) <P.S. I want to go back to the place next summer too.>

We stayed here as a family of 5 plus another couple. The accommodation was perfect for our group!! Beautiful decor, super clean with lovely views over the olive grove! The host was very friendly and even took us down to visit the chickens where the kids could have a hold. The welcome wine/ treats were a nice surprise too!Great value for money and in an amazing location, only a 5 minute drive into the nearby village (which is stunning, great shops/restaurants)! We only stayed 1 x night but wished we stayed longer!!!

We stayed here for a week with our two grown up children and what a lovely time we had. Our two bed, two bathroom apartment (Isola Polvese )was spotlessly clean offering good quality air con in both bedrooms and the living area ( this deserves a 10/10 alone .)There was a lovely terrace with plenty of shade and wonderful views. We had the use of two swimming pools which were never very busy ( assumed other guests, like ourselves were sightseeing much of the day.) The perfect accommodation for visiting local hilltop villages and towns. You must take a walk into the local village of Paciano. Also take the short drive to the stunning little hill top town of Panicale with its views, restaurants and action packed square. We toured around the wonderful lake Trasimeno and spent a day or two on its swimming beaches and just relaxing with the locals . Highly recommend this area as it’s so beautiful and quiet .

    The owners were such a nice people - everything was top notch. Lady of the house offered both dinner option (full course) 28 eur per pers. and hot tub outside (15 Eur pers.); we took a chance of enjoying the tub for a couple hours and watching sunset in the meantime. Silvia also gifted to us her homemade Tiramisu, which was delicious. The accomendation offers everything that is needed, kitchen, AC, etc. Additional plus was a cat mom with 4 kittens on the property.

    Montebello 68 is a good medium-sized house near Chiusi. It’s a very quiet place with big enough territory and garden. Gigi and Silvia even have jacuzzi and sauna! Our room was comfortable and really clean. Fridge was full of wines and table was full of snacks. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking

    What a beautiful place? The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, mostly with antiques ornaments. The room and bathroom were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful specially lemon cake that was made by Donatella, she made most of the cakes for breakfast herself. What a nice people the husband and wife (Donatella and Raffaele) are, the made us feel like a member of family. We felt truly at home. We certainly be back.
