Wonderful view, great facilities, professional staff. Tip: get a massage if you can, it was the cherry on top of a wonderfully relaxing cake.

We stayed just for one night so we didn't have time to use the spa, but the apatment is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. The hostess Monica was very helpful and patient with us. The apartment is just a very short walk from the beautiful centre of Aquileia and Foro Romano.

Such a nice surprise this little hotel! We didn’t even know where we are going, just booked some nice hotel in some nice coastal town in Italy and it’s a gem! Very very clean, nice staff and great breakfast with real espresso coffe. This means a lot to me. It’s 5 minute walk to the coast and it is the nicest little city I’ve ever been to.

Set in Lignano Sabbiadoro centre a few steps from the famous Terrazza a Mare building, Hotel La Lampara is just 30 metres from its free private beach.

Breakfast was great, a fantastic selection of food, lots of choices, and high-quality prosecco for dessert. The location was fantastic, with lots of restaurants, bars, and activities for kids. Plus, a private hotel beach with an umbrella and sun loungers.

Everything was so good. This was my first time to visit Italy. My budget was £20/25 per night stay for 2/3 star hotels so that I could stay longer time/at least 3 weeks and enjoy the beautiful weather and sunny day. I did not know that a single/double room is very expensive near Monfalcone centre. However, Hotel Excelsior’s rooms are very reasonable or cheap compare to the other rooms of the hotels near Monfalcone centre. So, overall I was happy with everything at this hotel
