Unforgettable 4 days in Muscat! Jumeirah is a brand new hotel, which for us was miles better than the traditional Al Bustan. We are travelling a lot, such quality of a hotel and experiences can only be compared to the one we had on the Maledives. Everyone - the reception, the valet parking, the housekeeping, the pool and beach attendants, etc. have been enormously hospitable, helpful and kind. The hotel contacted me after the booking and the communication I had before our arrival was superb. Situated in a stunning bay, with natural formations where birds reside, the hotel is like a jem outside of Mascat. ( I consider the hotel being 15 min outside of Muscat a plus, we had a car and could reach everything in 15-20 min.) The view, the room design, the pool, the palm tree beach - it doesn't get better than this! We could watch a bioluminescent plaktone on the beach at night- a once in a lifetime experience for my teen kid. We thank you for making his birthday trip so special!

A good, local breakfast is a priority for me. This hotel serves a delicious breakfast. this is not the usual European, simple breakfast. This buffet also included elements of Indian and Arabic cuisine, such as curry beans or whole beans, spring rolls, humus, chicken rolls, and a lot of vegetables. a very nice smiling guy served various forms of eggs. The hotel staff was very open to conversation and very nice. the hotel is new and in a new style, but that doesn't take away from its class. I would definitely recommend this drink to my friends.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff were very nice and it was always clean and nice. The hotel has free parking, which is perfect for those with a rental car. There are good restaurants in the area and it is walking distance to Avenue Mall. The pool was good and clean and have nothing to complain about. The rooms were always clean. In the rooms you will find everything you may need, iron, minibar, safe. We were given water bottles every day. We didn't choose breakfast so can't write anything about it. If I come back one day, I will definitely stay here. One thing that you should consider and that is to rent a car in case you want to experience Muscat

    Beautiful, clean hotel with wow factor. Lovely restaurants and food/ drink selections. We ate at the Indian and Thai restaurants, both lovely and the breakfast buffet was amazing! Room was spacious with lovely bath tub and relaxing balcony space. Welcome dessert sent to room was a lovely touch.

    We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the business suite which was amazing. Not only was it very spacious ( one of the biggest I’ve stayed in, and I’ve stayed in a lot) but it was also very clean. Bathroom had a bath and a separate shower! Loved it, the staff were phenomenal, they were happy to do anything we asked and bent over backwards for us. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing spacious hotel. I have pretty high standards but happy to give this the full 5 stars

    Excellent hotel if you're looking for a relaxing stay in Maskat. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, bathroom was equally nice. There's a beautiful outdoor pool on the roof from where you can see the sea and the city. Very good breakfast.
