It's a brand new hotel with great facilities. It's a great place for anyone that wants some comfort during their stay in the sacred valley. The hotel arranged a driver for me, for a great price, to drive around to all the amazing Inca ruins in the sacred valley. The location is good and just a few minutes down the road you can explore Urubamba with its great cafés and market.

Exceptional service and experience. It’s important to know that at night, the generators are turned off, so there is no heating. The extra blankets provided are therefore very useful. Aside from that, this was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The waiter was extremely friendly, and the host was incredibly helpful—he even assisted us throughout the next day in finding great activities in Urubamba, even though we hadn’t booked an additional night. Adorable little llamas are brought near the dome in the morning, making the experience even more magical. And as for breakfast… absolutely incredible. An unforgettable experience! I highly recommend this stay—wow!

The Lodge is highly recommendable. The area is super safe and close to the center of Urubamba. The Family Bungalows are very spacious and super clean. We saw that the team cleaned everything (including curtains and windows) after each departure. They cleaned it also from the „former“ energy. Breakfast was served direkt to your bungalow at the time you want - just tell them per WhatsApp or personally. The service is outstanding. Luis and Anna helped us more than we ever expected. I had a medical issue because of the altitude and Luis drove us to the medical center - stayed and translated for us! Just amazing! Anna and Luis are the souls and the owners of the Kutimuy Lodge - Thank you for all you did - from our hearts! Go there - enjoy the Lodge and never ask if the price is to high! It is not! Casa de Oren is a beautiful oasis. It was the perfect place to rest and relax after spending a few days trekking and touring the sacred valley. Mabel and Nigel are so kind. Their place is a little bit out of the way, so Mabel picked us up from Pisac town when we arrived. She also drove us to the Pisac ruins on the day we were leaving, and met us in town later with our bags. We did the walk through the ruins to the Pisac town, which was lovely. Our room was spacious and very nice. Meals were also great. They have a wood burning hot tub, which was really nice to sit in under the stars. They have their own water and septic system, which means you can flush toilet paper and also run your toothbrush under the tap - a nice perk! They provide complementary drinking water and have some essentials that you can buy if you forgot anything. They have everything you need there, so no need to worry about not being in town. I highly recommend staying here to anyone who is visiting the Sacred Valley. It is a wonderful spot, owned by wonderful people.
