An excellent hotel! The staff was so attentive, everyone was ready to help all the time and they were very polite. The room was not just clean, it was spotless. It was also really comfortable. Of course, the bed was huge and very soft, but you also have nice chairs where you can enjoy some drinks with your partner, there's a writing desk where you can work if you need to and you have an iron and an ironing board so you can iron your clothes in the comfort of your room. I also loved the restaurant. The breakfast is excellent - anything you may wish for is there. Everything we tried on the menu was very delicious and with good quality. And there's a good selection of drinks to pair your food with. To top it all off, the WiFi connection was perfect, which is never the case in hotels. Unfortunately, I was unable to visit the spa, but I am confident it would have been just as good as everything else. If I am ever in Kraków again, I will not hesitate to book the same hotel.

It was in a calm place not far from the city center. The center was easily reachable by a tram. And the hotel was quiet, clean and modern. I would stay there again.

Hotel was incredibly well located being on the main thoroughfare of Olde Town. It was immaculately clean with a beautiful bright modern decor. Staff were excellently presented - immaculate and professional. Spa was stunning! Breakfast was delicious and the adjacent restaurant was the perfect location for watching the world go by while you dine!
