Very good location, spacious room with a beautiful view towards the old town. The staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable as well. The hotel is also very close to the fortress, just a few minutes' walk.

I don't know where the negative reviews come from, probably from the previous owner. The surroundings of the hotel Pure nature, three minutes by train from ABI ÇARSHIA. The rooms are a nice size, some with a balcony, very clean, the owner is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant opposite has the best chicken fillet in the city, the owner father and son were really nice, we always had a coffee as a gift from the house. I'd love to do it again whenever I'm back in Kosovo.

Everything was very clean, and the place smelled nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant had a rich menu with excellent food. It was quiet, and the facilities were great.

This is a nice recently opened family run hotel. Lovely staff and very clean rooms . Swimming pool is a great bonus and the location is great less than 3km from the city center and the old stone bridge in Prizren :)
