Location, facilities, cleanliness, the rooms overall. If there was a rating more than 10, I would have given that to Aparthotel. I enjoyed the free jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel is away from the city and this offers quiet neighbourhood and best part - free parking. They provide simple breakfast for Euro 5. We enjoyed our stay. Alberto and Malena were very helpful

El Apartaments Els Llacs se encuentra a solo 2 km de las pistas de Soldeu y Grau Roig y ofrece acceso gratuito al spa y vistas maravillosas a la montaña. El apartamento en si y el el trato del chico que nos atendió. Y el Spa por supuesto

El Xalet Bringué Hotel está situado en el pueblo de montaña de El Serrat, en los Pirineos andorranos. Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

El Andorra Park Hotel está situado en el centro de Andorra la Vella y ofrece bonitas vistas a las montañas y valles de los alrededores. Fantastic hotel close to Andorra city center. Clean large room and bathroom with balcony and view. Lovely toiletries. Friendly staff. Spa was great. The indoor heated pool and steam and sauna was great with view. Lovely bed linen.

El elegante Grand Plaza Hotel & Wellness goza de una ubicación ideal, cerca de la zona comercial de Andorra La Vella Ofrece alojamiento de lujo muy popular entre políticos, actores y artistas famosos.... Elegant hotel with a staff that is very attentive to guests. We loved our room and its terrace. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. I'm a remote worker and the desk provided a great working area for me to get some work done, take a few calls and sit in a few meetings. A short walk to the main shopping street and restaurants and a short drive to the ski areas. My wife is celiac and was very happy Instants restaurant had gluten free bread and she was able to enjoy her favorite, eggs benedict, and they other gluten free options. Service from the valet / bell, front desk, Instants and room was all outstanding.

Mountain Hostel Tarter dispone de piscina al aire libre, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza en El Tarter. El alojamiento ofrece restaurante y también tiene bar y bañera de hidromasaje. Clean, friendly and quiet during the night. Will definitely be coming back!

El Sport Hotel Hermitage and Spa y el Hermitage Mountain Residences, Leading Hotels of the World, se encuentran a pocos metros de los remontes de Grandvalira, en Soldeu, y ofrecen habitaciones y... Todo, instalaciones, personal, limpieza, Spa, mobiliario de buen gusto. Habitaciones amplias con unas vistas increíbles.

El Grau Roig es un establecimiento de lujo que tiene una ubicación ideal para realizar diversas actividades de montaña, a 10 metros de los remontes de la estación de esquí de Grandvalira y a 2.100... todo me gusto. el trato es excelente. el desayuno buenísimo y la habitación muy confortable. el gimnasio no lo utilizamos
