We did stay 7 nights into the Deluxe King Room with Balcony (and Marina View). Enough time to experience in full the hotel facilities: swimming pools, gym, lounges, restaurants and bars. It’s all brand new and state of the art equipments, perfectly maintained and clean. The location is amazing, central to most main activities Abu Dhabi has to offer. The staff is extremely welcoming, customer focused, 100% English speaking, and discrete.

The hotel’s Health and Fitness club contains state-of-the-art equipment dedicated to a range of cardiovascular and strength training workouts. The staff was really nice .. responsive ..they even made a small bag of goodies for our 5 year old ...was everything we hoped for

Located on a private beach with panoramic views of the strait in Abu Dhabi, this exclusive property offers Arabic gondola rides and the lavish CHI, The Spa featuring outdoor pools and massage treatments. Our stay was short, but the hotel team managed to make us feel special! Very polite and thoughtful service from everyone. We enjoyed the facilities too. The breakfast was great!

The property has an on-site hot tub, hairdresser's and business centre. Speaking Arabic, English, Spanish and French, staff will be happy to provide guests with practical guidance on the area at the reception. We were checked in by Nisrina who gave us exceptional service. We were very jet lagged and she made sure our room was ready as soon as possible and took care of our every needs. Excellent member of staff who was very helpful and kind.

Suite rooms comes with 24-hour butler service. One of the most exotic and magnificent palaces I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in my entire life around the world. Here, you’ll feel like a true king. The hotel amenities are simply incredible. This is a massive palace, and working around the clock is a challenge, but they’ve managed to accommodate our requests accordingly. However, there were a few instances where they missed our requests. For instance, we had asked to iron our clothes, but the service wasn’t fulfilled, and nothing came to our room. Despite this minor setback, the food at the hotel is absolutely delicious. We tried a few of their restaurants, and each one tasted fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning to this palace in the future, In-Shaa-Allah.
