Great and courteous staff, modern facilities (would never have believed that the hotel is almost 11 years old) and most of all our dog loved it. It's not always easy to please our Austin. Our new Design Hotel Soulsisters' 4 Sterne Superior enjoys a quiet location 300 metres from the centre of Kaprun, next to the stop of the free ski bus. Everything. The Hotel is beautiful, modern decor but still cozy and nice. The room was the perfect size, with a great layout, loved the wardrobe and the Spa is perfect after a day in the snow. Nice and relaxing. And the relaxing room to read with a blanket was a delight. We loved every single day and it was a perfect holiday break. The breakfast is amazing, I could have had breakfast for 3 hours. We will for sure stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my husband and our 4-year-old. Everything was perfect! We especially loved the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, so relaxing. There’s also a small playground for kids, which was great for our little one. The views of the mountains are absolutely spectacular. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!
