We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

It is managed like a 5-star hotel (but is very homey), by warm, kind, friendly and very helpful people. Special mention to Andrea who communicated with me prior to our stay and waited for my family and I even when we arrived late. To Samantha who helped us with the washing machine and allowed us to check out late. To Peter who was patient and committed in helping us when we needed to find the exhaust of the stove and explaining to us our train pass options that enabled us to all the more enjoy the Jungfrau region. We also loved starting our day with our breakfast and their dining area that overlooks to a beautiful park.

Set in Wilderswil, 17 km from Grindelwald Terminal and 22 km from Giessbachfälle, Edelweiss Lodge offers accommodation with free WiFi, a garden with a terrace, and access to a hot tub. Private parking is available on site. Everything! The hotel, the breakfast, the localizacion was perfect. The recepcionist was very kind.

Salzano Restaurant features a terrace with views to Mount Eiger. You can enjoy your breakfast or a romantic dinner on the terrace. It was amazing 10/10 location, stuff and vibes

All the en-suite rooms feature mountain views. Guests can relax in the lounge and the bar area or in the garden jacuzzi. The Hotel is really exceptional, we had a wonderful stay, the view, staff, vibes, decorations, breakfast and location were all outstanding 🥰 loved it
