The property is very modern and our flat was very neat, clean, and well appointed. The property is centrally located, on the lake with a very beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The staff at the facility were very friendly and professional. Matti at the front desk helped us with our luggage and parking and provided useful tips in getting around Lugano. Good Breakfast at the restaurant by the lake. Enjoyed the hospitality at the facility.

Very comfortable rooms, super quiet and soundproofed, very safe, very clean, lots of facilities, excellent wifi, superb breakfast (& coffee!) and above all excellent hosts. They are always incredibly helpful , kind and we always enjoy our stays with them, many thanks as always! (Apologies for late review! Overlooked whilst travelling 😊)
