Me limpiaron la habitacion, me colocaron muchisimos paños limpios no tuve la necesidad de solicitar, contaba con extras que no los esperaba, el desayuno la atencion de los muchachos del TikiBar, la piña colada deliciosa. Los monos, una cantidad enorme de pajaritos y mariposas.

Casa Mambo se encuentra en Cahuita, a 1 min a pie de Playa Negra y a 23 km de Jaguar Rescue Center, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado, jardín y terraza. Wonderful hosts and exceptional breakfast. Julien and Marian always available and helpful with local knowledge and advice. Arranged guided kayak and jungle trip which were brilliant. The garden is beautiful and tranquil full of colours, birds and wildlife. The sounds of nature were very relaxing and gave a great night's sleep. A truly memorable and special time. Thank you x

Saranda Boutique Hotel se encuentra en Puerto Viejo, a 5 min a pie de Playa Negra, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, terraza y restaurante. Such a lovely place with a super pool, awesome hot tub and wonderful helpful staff. We loved staying here! It’s near to puerto viejo but slightly out of town so it’s not super noisy. We loved the private bathroom and the cute little pod. Yeah it’s small but there’s enough storage space for it to be ok. There are lots of lovely places to sit and chill out. The barman is especially great - super friendly and helpful and made excellent cocktails. The reception staff were so helpful and kind.

The Babylon Suite Tortuguero, que tiene vistas a la montaña, dispone de alojamiento con jardín y patio a unos 3 min a pie de Playa de Tortuguero. Everything was perfect. We were well taken care of from the moment, we arrived to La Pavona, as the boat company knew about our arrival and had our names. The accomodation even arranged our transfer to Cahuita (boat and taxi), which worked out well. The apartment exeeded every expectation. Huge open space, wonderful views to Tortuguero canal with sliding doors/windows to let the outside atmosphere in. The whole space was very clean, warm shower, safe, garderobe for clothes, dining an writing table, full sized fridge, double airconditioning, and even a bathtube with view. The bed was very comfortable, the linen was good quality. In town everything was in walking distance, and the whole area was astonishing. If we ever return to Costa Rica, we would definitely stay here again.

El New Caribe Point cuenta con piscina al aire libre e instalaciones para deportes acuáticos y está situado en Cahuita, en la región de Limón. Puerto Viejo se encuentra a 14 km. Staff was amazing, truly wanted to make us comfortable. One of the big reasons we went with this hotel was the availability of the free bikes- which unfortunately kept breaking down. But they went out of their way to fix them for us. We also appreciate the do it-yourself laundry available, and the clean pool to cool off in, during the late afternoon when it’s really hot. The air conditioning worked really well and the location is great; as it is not in the middle of the downtown hustle and bustle. Very close to the national park - we biked there three times! Nice restaurant - Reggae’s - very close. Easy access to stretch of black sand beach that was not full of tourists. We spotted all kinds of tropical birds in the property and a sloth right across the street.

The hosts create a friendly atmosphere, they are happy to advise on local attractions, gastronomy, etc. Location close to national parks and nice beaches

Cabañas La Hermosa #2, que tiene jardín, terraza y restaurante, dispone de alojamiento en Guápiles con wifi gratis y vistas a la montaña. Beautifully decorated and equipped cabaña with good shower ( hot/cold) and fridge. Very comfy. The balcony ( 2 sides) is just fantastic - tranquil setting, perfect for relaxing or birdwatching. On top the best typical breakfast of my several weeks CR trip. Karen is very attentive and tries to make the stay a memorable one. For the Guapiles area certainly the best choice.
