The hotel was excellent. It exceeded my expectations, looked luxurious, and appeared to have been recently renovated. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious. Both dinner and breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The pool and sauna area were clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the harpist's concert in the evening. Compared to the Hotel Pacifik, where the atmosphere was not that relaxing and your plates seemed to be checked, this hotel was a true gem. ;-)

Ferdinandhof Apart-Hotel se encuentra en Karlovy Vary y ofrece alojamiento de de 4 estrellas con acceso a un jardín y terraza. Se ofrece wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. Great location to the center (a little walk uphill though), kind staff, very clean room. We would stay here again.

Experience the ultimate relaxation at Retro Riverside Wellness Resort. A cozy 5 star hotel that is good for recharging the batteries ! Strong points Personnel attitude. All of them eager to help and provide 5 stars services! Special mention for Lucie that was very supportive and gave us good hints! Spa area - not very crowded and quite keeping in mind the specific of the hotel-adults only. Food and restaurant atmosphere - extraordinary, deserving the 5 stars 🤩 Weak points - a liitle bit farway of Karlovy Vary and with nothing to do around. At the end weak points could be an advantage to have a quite and relaxing holidays. All the best!

Excellent quality of services whether on the hotel side (quality of food, facilities, housekeeping ..) or the medical side and special thanks for Dr Elena for her perfect consultation, care and best treatment also Michaela at infusion she is very professional and well mannered. Over all I had a perfect stay I really enjoyed it and will definitely repeat next April

Grandhotel Pupp is an impressive hotel with a tradition dating back to 1701, located in the historical center of Karlovy Vary, 300 meters from the spa colonnade. Nos dieron un upgrade, la habitación era muy grande y muy cómoda. El desayuno es espectacular.

No chance find any negatives..been adviced upgrate our room for.one in chateau.for extra €€€ but was worth it..biggest room we ever had...great wellness and amazing location..receptionist was really helpfull .breakfast very decent.maybe little more we were expexting from dinner as pasta was dry and deer stew not the best in my life either..but in general amazing stay 100%

Everything. we loved our stay. The hotel was beautiful and the wellness amenities were great. The best thing though, was our dining experience. I believe Denisa is the name of the woman who was taking care of us. She was wonderful, her service was spot on and she took care to remember our preferences. She provided the best dining service I've experienced. I highly recommend adding the meal option to your booking. We did and we're delighted to learn that on top of our breakfast buffet, we also got a three course lunch as well as a three course dinner. Highly rated this hotel
