Each meal was a delight, and the staff there went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially with our toddler. I want to extend a special thanks to Mr. Haytham, who checked in with us twice a day to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. He deserves to be called the resort’s superhero! Additionally, Mr. Shehata was always around, ensuring that everything in the resort and the restaurants was running smoothly, which made our stay even more relaxing. The entire team was incredibly honest, kind, and supportive throughout our stay. This level of service and warmth made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a fantastic resort getaway!

We liked the cleanliness, the pools, the activities, the diving center next to the hotel and the spa. The staff was very nice and the food and drinks were very good, we didn't get sick. I would highly recommend this ressort ! The gym is also nice

Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma se encuentra en Hurghada, a 41 km de Hurghada Grand Aquarium, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, centro de fitness y jardín. Todo estuvo excelente, solo tener cuidado con la empresa de deportes acuáticos que recomiendan ( kbc o similar) está lejos del hotel y en una zona llena de corales y cosas peligrosas para deportes acuáticos. Hacia el otro lado hay una más cerca, mucho más económica y en una ubicación más segura sin obstáculos.

Incredible stay and excellent service. After a long journey and a long Christmas marathon back home, we were ready for some quality time. This Resort was outstanding! We relaxed at the beach with coffee and snacks and walked through the garden until we hit different restaurants for the evening. Thank You to Hanna specially and the rest of the team!

The hotel, beach, service, food - everything was amazing. We loved sandy beaches a lot, especially kids enjoyed it. People working there are also very attentive, Rahim from customer service was very helpful, the staff working in restaurants, bars were very professional. I got sore throat from AC and thanks to Rahim And Amir in lobby bar who did a tea with lemon which made by Amir at the bar I got better soon. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rahim , staff at reception, restaurants, chef of the restaurant at the beach, staff at the bars, beach, staff of car drivers etc. for making the trip so memorable.
