Seif ,who come to pickup us up at the airport , was simply incredible- so kind, welcoming and professional,he immediately made us feel at ease. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by the sweetest receptionist,always smiling ,helpful ,and attentive ,making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The owner mr.adam of the hotel is also truly wonderful- attentive ,generous,and always checking that every guest is comfortable and happy. the hotel itself is fantastic: our room with a jacuzzi was stunning , very comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view of the pyramids. Everyhing was spotless and perfectly prepared . Throughout our stay , the whole team went above and beyond to take care of us , always with kindness and attention. Recommend galaxy pyramids view inn to anyone visiting cairo.

Islam the hotel manager was very helpful and spoke English pretty well. The entrance is a bit shabby but the room makes up for it. The verandah had a beautiful view and facilities were good for the pricing. The staff was very accommodating!
