While talking to the owner, we were impressed when we found out that he renovated the place himself. we took many beautiful pictures at the stay. The friendly pets at the stay is a bonus for the kids. Every morning and evening they have to spend time outside playing with the cat and their two dogs. There wasn't any TV in the room which is excellent for us as we can spend quality time as a family or have the kids run around the garden. We had a very good for value lunch at a nearby Michelin star restaurant. We spend time at a family owned Champagne Daniel Dumont tour which is very educational to both adults and children. Bought their wines back to Singapore too!

Mylène was superbly helpful in getting us settled, making activity and restaurant suggestions and being available as needed. The apartment was well equipeed and the snacks were very welcome. The sauna and jet tub were a welcome relief after a long journey and active days. The views from the many windows were beautiful.

The property owner met us on arrival, showed us our private and well secured secure parking spot, and spend just the right amount of time with an orientation of all the many features of this recently renovated apartment. Direct view of the city's Notre Dame cathedral. Welcoming bottle of a premier cru champagne with a private balcony to enjoy it on.. Cookies, coffee, water bottles, and salad seasonings in the kitchen. Of course more than enough way to enjoy water - showers, baths, and sauna. Tasteful, well thought out furnishings done with artistic flare. A nice mix of old and modern. High ceilings, many wifi and Bluetooth highlights such as wall speakers and ultra modern TV sets in each room. Extremely attentive and eager to please owners!

Our host was extremely friendly and helpful and has done a wonderful job updating and renovating the building. Our room was very attractive and comfortable and the air conditioning system (hard to find in this area of France) worked like a charm! The location was quiet but within easy driving distance of a major city and all necessities. The setting of the accommodations is park-like and very pleasant. Breakfast was good and our host was eager to provide whatever we needed. Big shared kitchen area.

Our stay was the surprise package of our 6 weeks in France and Switzerland. For a very modest tariff, the rooms were simple but clean and functional, with lovely exposed wooden beams, a separate toilet room and bathroom with walk-in shower and a delightful breakfast. Parking is free and easy to access. But the real surprise was the optional dinner, starting with champagne and hors d'oeuvres in an impressive vaulted wine cellar, before progressing to the homely dining room to savour more courses of delectable food prepared with pride by Gauthier, the friendly host/chef/sommelier, who also provides a choice of wines throughout the evening as he sits at the table with co-host, Hélène, to join in conversation with guests from around the world. What a relaxed experience! And if you need more, Héléne offers an optional Spa, massage services and beauty products. Thank you for an exceptional stay!
