Classified as a Historical Monument, this 17th-century building sits in a 7-hectare wooden park in the heart of Champagne. Rooms in the château and the orangery have en suite facilities and free Wi-Fi access. We had a great experience at Le Chateau d Étoges, very elegant and quiet, staff was friendly and helpful; they give us few suggestions to follow our Champagne Trail/Tours. We had diner at one of their restaurants and it was delicious and service outstanding.

The owner is very nice, he gave us loads of information on what to visit in the area, where to eat etc. We could perfectly communicate in English. The breakfast was good (not a buffet style though): milk, juice, coffee, yogurt, cheese, croissant or pain au chocolate, apples. All in all, quality-price wise we found this place very good!

Mylène was superbly helpful in getting us settled, making activity and restaurant suggestions and being available as needed. The apartment was well equipeed and the snacks were very welcome. The sauna and jet tub were a welcome relief after a long journey and active days. The views from the many windows were beautiful.

She was able to get us a last minute reservation for dinner at a Michelin star restaurant. Nouria went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional!!!

We were heartly welcomed by the owner and received information on the jacuzzi and some recommendations for good food and champagne. We went towards two of the recommendations and were really happy with the result, great food and champagne! All with all we really enjoyed the stay, the owners are very kind and dedicated to bring a great experience. We will definitly book this apartment again when visiting Epernay.
