We had a great time staying here, it was as described and very nice, nothing to dislike. Met the host briefly, very accomadating. The only thing I would suggest if planning on going in the hot tub in the winter, bring some slip on shoes, about a 15 second walk and in the winter your feet are frozen haha, obviously using your normal shoes they will be wet.

At the lodge guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. The Miners Log Cabin offers a barbecue. Everything about this place was immaculately presented, the grounds were absolutely stunning especially during autumn time. We loved the level of thought that had gone into this place and will be back again!

Vale Farm Cottages are set on a farm 6.4 km from the Brecon Beacons National Park. The pet-friendly cottages feature either a sun room or a balcony offering mountain views.

There is a shared (between the 6 cottages) heated indoor swimming pool and hot tub with views of the Brecon Beacons. The view is amazing!! And the staffs are very nice! It's a must book if you have a car! The hot tub has a really nice view as well!

Both cottages are fully equipped with large bedrooms, cooking facilities and a seating area. Guests can enjoy a private outdoor area with an enclosed garden, picnic area and children's play-park. Only Honeypot Cottage has a private hot tub available for hire at an additional charge The cottage was much nicer than expected, really cosy, and very well equipped. The hot tub was glorious, and the welcome from the hosts was very warm and friendly. Sadly, we had to leave early due to a family emergency, but we would love to come back sometime.

Tunnel Cottages is a welcoming, family-run getaway offering a choice of 2 cosy cottages, 2 studio cottages, and a glamping pod. All our accommodations are pet-friendly, with modern comforts such as underfloor heating to keep you warm year-round. Most feature inviting log burners, perfect for relaxing evenings after countryside walks. Guests can also enjoy our outdoor communal area, complete with BBQ facilities – ideal for gathering with family and friends. Although our arrival was a bit confusing and we only introduced ourselves to the hosts the next day, everything turned out absolutely fine. The owners were warm and welcoming, and once we settled in, we had a lovely, peaceful stay. They’ve only been running the place for four months, but they’re clearly putting in a huge amount of work to make the site even better, from adding a stylish common room with stunning views to building eco pods and setting up ice baths. It’s exciting to see how the place is evolving! The cottage itself was cosy, clean, and well-equipped. We loved the quiet surroundings and the views over the valley. Definitely a place with heart, and a lot of potential.

The accommodation is spacious, beautifully designed and well equipped and one small query we had was dealt with immediately. We enjoyed the welcome pack and loved the huge, comfy bed and glamorous bathroom. With everything you need in the kitchen, a large TV (and log fire for colder nights), plenty of space on the terrace for yoga or reading in the reclining chairs and a lovely countryside view but only minutes from the centre of Abergavenny, The Wren is a great choice. We hope to return!
