Staff was very attentive and very friendly whoever you spoke to and they all made sure we had a good experience. The food was really good too. The newer area of the hotel was very nicely decorated and clean, and the old part of the estate still had a very cosy feeling, especially the bar in the "library" where we could sit and have a few drinks after dinner.

Surrounded by woodland and pretty grounds, each pet-friendly Auchendennan Farm Cottage offers SMART TVs and Egyptian cotton bedding, along with towels, heating, and electricity. Some cottages also include a wood burning stove. Some properties boast a private hot tub and a sauna. What a lovely property. The studio was spacious and well lit. It was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Everything was clean and beds were super comfy. The private garden was the highlight. Also, although a bit further from the city, which shouldn’t be a problem even if you don’t have a car since cabs are easily available, it was right across the road from the loch. The farm right outside the cottages was lovely. Peaceful location.

Set in a magnificent building, the hotel has scenic views and elegant rooms. Everything! The staff were amazing - special thanks to Niall who was so friendly and helpful. The facilities were exceptional.

The property features garden views and is 34 km from Tantallon Castle and 42 km from Etal Castle. The accommodation offers a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. This is without a doubt a 10/10 property. The generosity and hospitality shown by the hosts is second to none. We stayed in a family cabin and it was surprisingly spacious, so clean, comfortable and equiped with everything we needed. The hot tub was of course a highlight of the trip, as was getting to pat and feed the highland cows (plus other farm animals). Thank you Sam, we would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property that you have created.

The holiday home consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a hot tub and a hair dryer. Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the balcony, which also has outdoor furniture. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. This was just wonderful, I’d have stayed longer had it been available. Such a cutely furnished tiny house. The lovely hosts are always trying to improve these already excellent cabins by adding more thoughtful details. I loved the skylight above the bed. Best light for reading. Drift off to sleep with the stars twinkling above you. Great Deeside walks just outside the front door. Perfect cosy place for two; I’d say fitting four in here might get a little cramped, especially if you’re going to leave 4 people’s luggage lying around randomly. Hot tub a nice feature. One commenter complained about not being able to use it in the rain, which, frankly, is weird. When you’re immersed in hot water, the rain can’t touch you. The hosts were extremely friendly, and, in my case, literally went that extra mile! Big thank you to Karl, Bess, and Stacey!
