Indeed an extremely cozy and spacious apartment. spotlessly clean and I can say this is much way better than a hotel room. They have all the necessities in the kitchen, two big bedrooms equipped with TV + netflix. The owner is responsive in all my messages and questions. Location is superb! 5mins walk to a minimart. 8 to 10 mins walk to white bridge where there are lots of restaurant around or a WOLT app can do the delivery if feeling lazy to go. If we can go back to Kutaisi, I will surely book for this place again.

The room and bathroom are equipped with everything required for comfortable living and very clean. The owners answer very fast and they are ready to help and provide you with everything at all time. I highly recommend tasting their breakfast. You can also enjoy their delicious homemade wine.

Very comfortable bed and spacious room with air con and ensuite bathroom, lovely breakfast on the terrace including eggs, yoghurt, jam, bread, and fried bread. Very quiet for a great night's sleep. It's about a 15min walk into town either via the bagrati cathedral or down the hill along the river.

The accommodation is clean, well maintained, cozy. Room is spacious, with AC, shared a big guest kitchen and shared spacious and clean bathroom. You can find the bus stop about 5 minutes walk, as well as supermarkets / Kiosks are around there, if weather is nice, you can still walk down to the very central as Colchis fountain square.

Just across the street of the appointment, there is a sweet coffee house - perfect for grabbing your morning coffee without any fuss. The location is truly central, allowing us to walk everywhere in the city center. Even with our two kids (8 and 6), we found it incredibly easy to get around and thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Highly recommend!
