My infant's skin got burned first day of our stay and I firstly visited reception and Mariam who was there told us that we need to go to the Telavi and take taxi which will take 20 mins. But after Natalia connected with me, I got a call from Mariam where she organized the delivery from city herself. Thank you Natalia as you took care of my baby well-being during our stay. I mentally rested in this place and enjoyed time with my family.
