The villa we booked was absolutely stunning with a very private pool and a fantastic few into the canyon. Everyone is beyond friendly and eager to help at all times. Our booking included a turndown which I very much appreciated and the cleaning was always very well done. Breakfast was great as well. The shuttle to ubud centre is certainly needed since the location is not in close proximity to any shops or restaurants etc but that also comes with a more quiet location. Overall: Loved it! Would book again :)

Definitely lives up to its 5 star reputation, staff are exceptionally polite and accomodating, the food is a good price and delicious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Kuta Square is 16 km away and Kuta Art Market is 16 km from the hostel. The social volunteers, especially Anni. She was always trying to make all guests feel welcomed and that we were having a nice time.

Is just awesome. Also has one of the best and more equipped gym I have seen in hotels. The pool located in the spa area is more quiet. Direct access to the beach. With white sand, sun beds available.

For your comfort, you will find bath robes, free toiletries and a hair dryer. Absolutely everything was great! The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very very well looked after for its age, nothing falling apart and everything works. Nice and quiet for the area. So disappointed we've never stayed with them before. I even had a misunderstanding regarding the complimentary photo shoot and the hotel gave me additional free photos which I highly appreciated ! Location is also great, we walked around and everything was really close. Totally worth the price !
