Our booking included a turndown which I very much appreciated and the cleaning was always very well done. Breakfast was great as well. The shuttle to ubud centre is certainly needed since the location is not in close proximity to any shops or restaurants etc but that also comes with a more quiet location. Overall: Loved it! Would book again :)

The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The massage was luxurious, with an amazing view that made the experience even more special. The villa was brand new, with 7-star level furnishings. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The place is very peaceful and serene. I would especially like to thank Mr. Krisna and all staff for thier outstanding support and dedication to guest comfort. They truly went above and beyond and deserves special recognition. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. The reason why we wanted to come Bali was the nature, peace and quite. Abisena Resort was the right choice to experience this. Resort is little bit far away from Ubud center so it is the perfect spot to be away from all the chaos and crowded. All of the staff was very helpful and kind. They helped us even in the times we did not need to. Hotel's facilities are exactly like shown in the pictures. We stayed at one of the river suites. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We got room cleaning every day. Staff brought us different snacks and cookies almost every evening. Breakfast was amazing. For couple of evenings we ate at restaurant and the dinner was also very good. Menu has varioty options from local food to western food. In the last night of our stay there was a special balinese ceremony at the resort. Ami from staff gave us very precious informations about balinese culture and explained us the rituals. Special thanks to her again 💕 The only negative feedback that i can say is internet connection was really bad at downstair rooms. But it was not that much of a problem for us. Overall our stay was amazing from very beginning to end. They even gave me departing gift at checkout. If we ever come to bali again we definetly will stay at Abisena again.

Its design is beautiful and all the staff are super kind and helpful. Peaceful location and no complaints.

This villa with pool views has tiled floors, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, hot tub and bathrobes. A private entrance leads guests into the villa, where they can enjoy some fruits. The villa offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. Firstly, staff was extremely welcoming, welcome drink and explained very thoroughly about details of the accommodation upon arrival, extremely receptive throughout the stay, replied texts very fast and always went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Secondly, even though location is slightly stranded. It’s perfect to get away from the noise of traffic and construction. View of paddy fields was so nice, and i’m glad i got the villa at the end, room 202, as the view from the pool was very refreshing. Pool was so nice, everything was very clean, bed was comfortable, pillows were cold and fluffy. In-room massage was amazing!! Able to book many things through the hotel, including tours, rental of bikes, massages, even tarot card readings. Definitely looking forward to coming back to stay.
