The staff in Park Hyatt has been extremely polite and always super helpful. The food and especially the lavish and super delicious Breakfast buffet was really outstanding. Both gym and Spa area are very well equipped and excellently maintained.

Staff were absolutely amazing. The whole stay was great and peaceful and catered to the comfort I needed. Location was also great as it is close to two malls and many other recreational areas. I stayed at Fairmont to attend a concert nearby and it was very convenient, I only needed to walk a few minutes to get there.

The hotel is also connected to the Indonesia mall which was also super convenient. The room on the 15th floor was super tidy and spacious, we also had a nice view of the roundabout and the fountain on the road! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of food offered. The staff was friendly and really attentive. Highly recommended stay!
