Few blocks from Pisa train station,supermarket at one block, and diverse restaurants near the place. Two blocks for main commercial street. Maybe the best boutique hotel we have known. Not only every detail in the beautiful room, but also very kind and professional people in charge of the facility.

From the first minute they treated us as family. Really kind and helpful, super friendly people. The residence itself is a must see, and no words can describe the view. I hope we can visit it again, totally recommended for solo traveling, family of friends vacation.

At the farm stay, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. We can only recommend staying at this property. Upon arrival we immediately new that this is going to be so wunderful! Welcomed by Chanel the dog, a breathtaking view all around the property and Pietro, the very friendly owner. The apartment for four people was spacious, well equipped and beautiful. Each of the two bedrooms had his own bathroom and the views out the windows are unmatched. We wanted to explore the surroundings during our stay of 4 nights, but we ended up staying outside by the pool the whole time. It was so relaxing! We stayed in may and the sun was warm enough already to swim in the pool. It was quite windy though and the water fresh/cold. So we took quite short swims and mostly lied on the comfy loungers by the pool and read books, let the sun shine on us. In the evening we used the BBQ and had dinner outside. It was a perfect and beautiful stay and felt like we are embedded in the heart of tuscany. The sunsets are wonderful, enjoying them while swimming in the pool or sitting at one of the many options with seating around the house. The view is amazing 360 Degree around! We will definitely come back next time we are in italy!

The thermal resort of San Giuliano Terme is 3 km away. Absolutely lovely host and a stay that exceeded our expectations. Wish we could have stayed longer! The best view we’ve ever had with breakfast.
