Mind that the property is located in the centre, so both streets (building is on the corner) are pedestrian zone with lot of cafes and restaurants, fortunately, the property has triple glazed windows, so you don't hear anything if closed. Apartment is very very nice, roomy and well equipped as on the photos. There is no key collection, it is handsfree, since you are sent the code for the room door in a message.

Encanto Agriturismo & Private SPA tiene vistas al mar, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Está en Visogliano, a 2,9 km de Playa de Castelreggio. I loved staying at the Encanto, it is in a calm and peaceful environment, with a lovely view at the sea and the city. But still close to the main attractions and the city, only 30 mins drive to Trieste, 1.5 hours to Treviso, 2 hours to Venice. The porch has an amazing view, and we really enjoyed having a coffee with birds chirping in the background. The hosts were amazing, very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty. All the facilities at the property are great, beds very comfy, the porch is amazing.

My late check-in was unproblematic and in the morning Francesca, the owner of the place, welcomed me with a tasty breakfast with local specialities and of course the obligatory espresso :)

Set in Sistiana in the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, the Tivoli Portopiccolo Sistiana Resort & Spa, features a fitness and wellness centre, and views of the sea. This was very surprising experience for me. I did not expect anything but I was very possitively surprised. Place, people, style … I simply liked it very much. Hopefuly comming back soon.
