It offers an indoor pool, a gym, a spa and a restaurant that offers a personalized room service. Travelling with a teenager we were upgraded to a suite with a third bed. Staff are lovely; kind, attentive, smiley, very helpful. Buffet breakfast is outstanding with local foods and western options, all freshly sourced mostly from Jordanian produce. Excellent value. Concierges very knowledgable of where to go for dining and also shopping; we needed swim wear and they knew exactly where to go. We were drinking and the valets looked after the car very well. It’s easy on and off one of the main roads in and out of Amman.

The reviews I had read prior to booking were spot on—this place is truly fantastic. Our room was spacious, beautifully lit, and impeccably designed with attention to every detail. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. The room was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and it’s clear that a lot of thought went into providing even the smallest of comforts. Nothing was overlooked. The staff were beyond friendly and attentive. There were always plenty of staff members available, and for every question or request, there was someone ready to assist. The service was truly exceptional, and considering all of this, the price was an absolute bargain! We enjoyed free access to the Jacuzzi and pool, both of which were well-maintained and provided a great experience. The facilities, including changing rooms and showers, were clean and fully stocked with towels. The sauna and Turkish hammam were available at a reasonable price. The food was excellent, and the on-site café was a delightful surprise. It was a serene and quiet spot, beautifully furnished, and offering great prices. All in all, we had an amazing stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We were beyond satisfied and can’t wait to come back!
