Este hotel se encuentra a sólo 100 metros de la puerta de entrada a Petra y ofrece habitaciones amplias con TV de pantalla plana. Excelentes instalaciones, todo súper lindo, cómodo, espacioso. Habían dejado en el frigobar bebidas libres y unos snacks. La atención excelente . Viajamos con nuestra bebé y nos prepararon una cuna muy bien. Eldesayuno cerraba a las 10 de la mañana y llegamos 10.05 porque nos habíamos dormido. Podrían haber dicho que ya estaba cerrado, y nos prepararon una mesa espacial, nos sirvieron de toodooo!! Y cuando digo de todo de todo, hasta omelette nos hicieron, nos trajeron frutas, humus, panificacion, atendieron súper bien a nuestra bebé, nunca nos miraron con cara fea sino que al contrario, transformaron lo que podría ser algo no tan bueno para nosotros en algo superior, muy muy agradecidos con todo el personal y la calidad del hotel. Es para volver muchas veces. Excelente !

The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and modern, and we slept very soundly after two days of hiking. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Petra. The location is awesome– we had a rental car so the Petra visitors center less than 5 minutes away driving but it’s a little over 1 km walking. The breakfast on the rooftop is very nice, but the breakfast to go was the perfect option for us. On the day that we planned to wake up at 6 AM to hike in Petra, we were provided our breakfast in a bag to takeaway so that we could eat it in Petra. We were given so much food it was more than enough for breakfast and lunch. I can’t recommend this option enough. We are especially thankful to Otaiba for making our stay and our visit to Petra so incredible. He recommended the perfect routes for us to take during our two days in Petra as well as information about the shuttles and Petra by night. Because of him we were able to avoid the hike up to the Monastery by taking the back route and visiting little Petra! Otaiba gave us great recommendations for restaurants and a beautiful spot to view the sunset above the town. He was extremely communicative and available to help with everything at any time. Thank you so much again for making our trip so enjoyable.

We enjoyed very much our room with balcony. The sunsets were very nice. We appreciated the spa facilities and the massage. Overall the services were very good value for money and we would be happy to return at this property. All the staff was very friendly and supportive.

Everything was great. The hotel itself was modern, absolutely clean, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and inviting. Rooms and bathrooms were fully equipped and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and in very good variety, we even got lunch packs every morning. Small pool on the rooftop terrace is great to cool down after a long hot day in Petra. The gym is also nice and well equipped. The helpfulness and kindness of the staff were truly outstanding. I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and warm hospitality we received during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcomed and comfortable. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations, or accommodating special requests. Their attentiveness and genuine care made a significant difference in our overall experience. I cannot recommend P Quattro Relax Hotel enough for anyone looking for a place to stay with exceptional service and a personal touch. El Sunset Hotel está situado frente a la entrada principal de Petra (a 3 minutos a pie), en Wadi Mousa. Cuenta con conexión Wi-Fi gratuita en las zonas comunes y un restaurante al aire libre. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast and dinner buffets were very complete, and it's actually a five-minute walk from the entrance to Petra and the bus terminal, which made it very convenient. Recommended.
