Every need was addressed, they even left us a fresh apple juice in the fridge and a welcome note. Rooms were huge and the beds were really comfortable. The kids enjoyed playing with the toys 🧸 and to jump on the small trampoline outside.

The garden was beautiful and extremely well maintained. The room was comfy, and the outside hot spring was well presented. The food was very nice and they accommodated our specific dietary requirements. Dogs were very friendly and I enjoyed brushing them. Overall, very nice accommodation!!

The hotel has great vibe. Very calming and relaxing. The onsen is private so we really appreciated that. The quality of the mineral water is exceptional. One of the best we've experienced in Japan. But the star of the show has to be the food. The food was way up and beyond. Savoring the delicious meal while enjoying the flute session was a great experience. Thank you all the staff at Yado Kanzan.

Ikaho Syusuien está muy bien situado en el barrio de Ikaho Onsen, Shibukawa, a 46 km de Usui Pass Railway Heritage Park, a 9 min a pie de Ishidan-gai Steps y a 400 metros de Ikaho Ropeway. The surrounding and ambience together with the staff were just very nice and friendly

Oyado Matsubaya está muy bien situado en el barrio de Minakami Onsen-kyo, Minakami, a 34 km de Estación de esquí Gala Yuzawa, a 36 km de Estación de esquí de Naeba y a 30 km de Kawaba. The hotel is right next to the river and we got a room with river view. It's just 7 min walking to Minakami Station. The hotel has an indoor Onsen with river view. There are places to sit in the lobby, which are comfortable, there is also a piano to play. The staff, Mr Kageyama was extremely friendly and welcoming and we had a great stay. Thank you!

Private hot-spring Villa in Kusatsu, que tiene vistas al jardín, ofrece alojamiento con terraza y balcón a unos 15 km de Mt. Kusatsu Shirane. 3 double rooms and 1 single room in total, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom with attached onsen. It was great for our stay as we skied during the day. Medium sized fridge and sufficient kitchen and appliances for our cooking needs. Good heating, fast and stable WiFi, everyone was comfortable! Would recommend it.
