It is an amazing place with helpful staff, the surroundings are so beautiful, and the view on Mt Fuji was the best I’ve seen. (If she shows herself). Would recommend, it’s really peaceful around the hotel.

I went with my family (2 adults + 2 toddlers aged 3 and 2) and we were awed by the great view (windows) overseeing the lake. Room size was awesome to fit 2 huge luggage and there is free parking opposite. There are yukata for kids and a smaller potty adapter. The staff who served us dinner was awesome and my kids love her. Just note that the bath water in the bathroom is not from hot spring but hot spring water is available at public bath. Room amenities are great (Air purifier, soap, lotions etc. provided) and not too old (Considered well maintained). Hotel facilities are nice. Location is good because there is a convenient store nearby and walkable to ropeway attraction. Would very much want to go back again.

The interior design of the outer bar was great & cozy, staff was friendly & helpful, we also try the public onsen & sauna also rent bicycle all day, which was great experience, so far this hotel is one of the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed

Featuring a restaurant, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The hotel features a hot tub and a concierge service. Great staff; polite and refined but not “too much”, the steak dinner was nice and they were able to accommodate my request to change one of the dishes. Room was spacious, modern and the overall design was great with a large balcony, a lot of sunlight from the windows and privacy at the same time. Wine was great too.

A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also offered, as well as a kettle. At the luxury tent, units have bed linen and towels. Location was away from the downtown area and was a 15 minute walk from the nearest bus station that takes you around Kawaguchiko. I liked how clean the common areas, bathroom and sleeping areas were. The dome was surprisingly very warm and cozy when temps drop at night. If you're planning to use the kitchen area, be prepared to buy groceries (about a 15-20 minute commute by bus to Ogino).

Fuji Speedway Hotel, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt offers 5-star accommodation with an indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. The area is popular for hiking and cycling, and bike hire is available at the accommodation. Best hotel In Japan! The room was big, comfortable, we booked the speedway view since in the summer you don’t see Mount Fuji and it’s was pretty amazing, you can see the cars practice and race! My boyfriend loved it and the museum is very nice too. Very nice staff too :)

It was very spacious and very clean. Very well equiped with all the electronics appliances especially if u want to do your own cooking. The bathtub with zakkuzi was amazing! Very satisfied with the stay!
