The staff was excellent, kind and helpful at all times, rooms were clean and tidy, ours had an amazing view of the lake. You can use most of the facilities for free with some additional ones having a fee. We chose the included dinner and breakfast option, dinner was an amazing experience full of flavors and textures we were not used but definitely liked. Breakfast was pretty good, buffet style, but with both Japanese and western options. In terms of location, I think it’s really good depending on what you want to visit. It is just in front of the lake, and has the red line (i think) bus stop right in front of it, which we used to get there from the train station and to get to other tourist spots around the lake. There’s a lawson just outside, the boat ride in the lake and the panoramic ropeway are also just a few minutes walk away which was very convenient.

We stayed in a luxury tent in Kawaguchiko after climbing Mt. Fuji, and it was the perfect place to relax. The tent comfortably accommodated four people and had an equipped kitchen and barbecue. The private toilet was a bonus, and the shared bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The location in the middle of the forest, with birds singing and spectacular views of the lake and Mt. Fuji, made it an extremely relaxing experience. Highly recommended for nature lovers!
- Great Ambience - Hotel Lobby, Lounge, and both Western Room and Japanese Ryokan-Style Room with private bath - Sprawling Rooms - Spectacular View - Superb service - met in parking lot by 2 attendants who immediately took bags The entire experience from start to finish felt generous, impactful, and expansive. Even though we only saw Fuji peaking out for a short while in the morning, we found the entire stay freeing and relaxing.
The room was spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind, he cleanliness was impeccable. Everything was spotless, from the bathroom to the living area. The location was perfect for us. It was close to key attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the area. Despite its central location, the room was quiet and peaceful.
The rooms are enormous and well equipped. The jacuzzi baths are a big bonus too. Value for money is excellent and the location is great if you have a car.
The view of Fuji from the rooftop foot bath was spectacular, our room was spacious and charming with a nice lake view. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the food excellent. I used the public and private onsens and both were so relaxing.
Loved the location with a great view of Mt Fuji and near some lovely gardens and an easy drive to the outlet centre. The room was like a spa with its own sauna and jacuzzi bath.
The spacious room that comes with jacuzzi and sauna room. The bed was comfortable. Recommend for travellers with cars, and close to Premium outlet
Loved the space and amenities. Everything you need has been thought of. Mt Fuji from the balcony was the cherry on the top. The location guide video was easy to follow. Similar walking difference from either kawaguchiko or fuji Q. 7 eleven a few mins walk as well as a super huge supermarket towards fuji Q. Loved having a loungeroom to relax and the bath was wonderful.
The hosts picked us up from the station which was incredibly helpful, and took us to a supermarket to buy food before taking us to the villa. The villa itself was really nice, spacious, and clean. I very much liked the heated floor downstairs and the hot tub in the bathroom. It was a good place to relax and unwind a bit. The area around the villa is nice and quiet, and a short walk down to the lake. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Thank you very much.
