They accomodated our late check-in, and the food provided was amazing. Also the in-person check-out was great and they were very attentive. The room is beautiful and it has everything that you need. The food was also brilliant, I also used their sauna room which was very nice too and very reasonably priced. Overall, wonderful for the price. The view from the room of the lake was unbelievable as well.

This place is beautiful in every way. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The room was spacious, clean and had the most incredible view of the surrounding snowcapped mountains. Location was great. And the private bathhouse was a plus for someone shy like me.

The property itself also provided so many options to relax, including reading areas and on-site onsens.

I booked this hotel without much expectation, mainly for the convenience of traveling to Ginzan Onsen. But once I checked in, I felt a bit regretful that I didn’t have more time to stay. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff are lovely, and they even upgraded my room. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The public onsen was beautiful, clean, and very inviting, and there was even a private onsen in the room. The hotel is beautifully decorated with plenty of photo spots throughout.
