The hotel turned out to be way better than expected. Room was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. Shower was great, hot water and great pressure. The spa at the hotel was really good. The pool is heated. The hotel is located right next to a main road, but somehow remained quite hidden, not affected by the noise or traffic at all. It is walking distance to the historic part of Puebla, location wise, it's perfect! We drove, there is free valet parking at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Puebla.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The size of the rooms were very big and they were modern. The views from the room were scenic. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was nice.
