The very comfy bed is surrounded by glas windows and a glas roof and we were able to see the northern lights at night from the bed as we were staying here in December. The cabin itself had a kitchen with everything you need to cook, but the local pizza place will also deliver food, if you can't be bothered. We did book also a 3 hour horse carridge ride with dinner included which the lodge offers on their website. You can even book it online. We can highly recommend a stay here and also the sledge ride. Oh, and the jacuzzi on the terrace is super romantic!

Lovely rooms and views. Staff was friendly and very accommodating, from dining options to arranging activities. Lounge area was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Best activity for our Norway trip: dog sledding on the first snows of the season.

Sin duda repetiría y creo que es la mejor opción para dormir en Alta.

Este hotel iglú está ubicado a 20 km del centro del municipio de Alta, junto al río Alta. Amaising expirience- spned the night in the ice room lile an iglu and feeling verry warm all the time. I loved the fact that there is a huge relax area where you can sit, chat and spend time until you are reddy ro go to sleep. Excellent free tea and coffe is a huge bonus

Amazing host, always ready to help. The house is very spaciuos, beautiful and clean with additional amenities that are not normally found. We had a great time, I think it's a great place for a longer stay.
