Great area with restaurants, 7/11, Starbucks etc. 16th floor. A very nice welcoming with fruit etc. Also has filtered water which is great. Wifi a bit flaky but that’s not the hosts fault. We had a great 5 nites here before leaving Cebu. It is close to airport.

I woke up to the amazing sunrise over the sea in my bedroom windows. Most of the time I have most of the pool to myself. It's quiet but it is very near the Newtown area where the restaurants and shops are. Anyway you can take Grab or any other services you want to get anywhere and the prices are reasonable. Thomas, the part owner, lives in the condo and he is very willing to help you with anything, anytime. The apartments are clean and spacious with more amenities than you will ever need.
