Delicious breakfast, great pool, location might be a bit far from downtown, but we had split stay and explored the city before, thus was not focus. The rooftop pool was amazing. Such a treat to see gorgeous Cluj from above. The communication with the owner was excellent. I enjoyed my time spent here and I can’t wait to return.

The staff was extremely kind and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The view was absolutely awesome, truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend! We also tried the pizza from their restaurant, and it was really delicious!

The property is new and very modern. The owner and manager Fabian is amazing. He loves the property and is extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding area. If your are looking to just relax thst is great but if your want to explore the area he knows all the great locations and trails. The area is being modernized, but many of the locals only speak Romanian. Fabian however is fluent in english (and perhaps other languages) and is always willing to help translate. He even relayed my dinner orders to a local restaurant, so when I arrived the food was already made and the transaction was easy and smooth. Overall my stay at Tiarra mountain lodge was a wonderful experience and a highlight of my time in Romania.
