This was the must important thing for any guest to look for. Before I used to stay at Hilton Jeddah but unfortunately lately it has been with the worst management ever. Since I moved to the ritz I felt valued and staff have been politely calling me everyday if I want to extend my stay and if I need any help. The fact that it was clean, super comfortable, a big comfy bed, equipped with TV inside and outside of the room at the living hall — it was value for money! Love that it was equipped with a washing machine, dryer, basic necessities like the stove so we could cook, microwave oven. Design of the room also gave us tranquility. Came here for our umrah. Although it was a bit far from the Haraam, but there was a shuttle bus provided as they claimed during off-peak season (not during Hajj) it’s also not that expensive to take an Uber. All in all, very comfortable and good value for money. I’d definitely recommend
