During our recent stay at Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the entire staff, particularly Makram, Souhail, Rahma, Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their extensive team. Makram, the Assistant Manager, demonstrated outstanding dedication and professionalism. His efforts in helping us navigate logistical challenges were delivered with a reassuring smile and a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless. Souhail, the Head of Reception, stood out for his meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach. His commitment to meeting all guest needs significantly elevated our overall experience, making us feel both valued and cared for. Rahma, the Public Relations representative, showed extraordinary support and kindness. Her prompt and efficient follow-ups on our requests further enhanced our satisfaction and contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their team, including Bilal, Wafa, Eman, Donia, Hakim, Motasim, Qousai, Jalal, Chadi, and Ibrahim, delivered an extraordinary dining experience. The quality and quantity of the food served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were exceptional, on par with a 7-star hotel standard. Their attentiveness and commitment to excellence made each meal a delightful highlight of our day. Special thanks to Chef Najeeb, who treated us like family and ensured all our dining requests were met with the utmost care. His personal attention and dedication made our meals not just delicious but also heartwarming. Additionally, the waiter Jalal deserves specific recognition for his friendly demeanor and sense of humor. His professionalism and efficient way of ensuring our table was always available made our dining experiences feel personal and very homely. The front office reception staff, Hadi and Hadeel, were exceptionally supportive, providing all necessary paperwork and assistance with meticulous follow-up.

Este complejo de lujo está muy bien situado junto al mar Mediterráneo, a solo 26 km del aeropuerto internacional de Monastir. Ofrece una playa privada, 2 piscinas al aire libre y una discoteca. La ubicación es perfecta y las instalaciones muy bien. Además nos trataron excelente, nos dejaron salir a las 20:00 sin coste.

They treated us as if they were treating family and friends. I have stayed at many hotels in the past, but I have never experienced such a welcome.

Featuring a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden, Marhaba Salem is situated in Sousse and is 4 km from Museum Dar Essid. we have experienced the spa in the hotel and it was amazing. Also, the staff and manager of the hotel are super super friendly and very helpful.

El Sentido Bellevue Park está situado en Port El Kantaoui y cuenta con zona de playa privada, piscina al aire libre y zona de barbacoa. My stay was incredibly pleasant—so much so that I was considering extending it. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. However, every service provided, without exception, was of the highest quality. The room was comfortable, and the staff were both professional and welcoming. The food was varied and delicious. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff at Bellevue Park Hotel for making my stay truly enjoyable. A special thank you to Mrs. Hayet and Mrs. Rabiaa at the reception for your exceptional professionalism—truly unmatched. Long live the women of my country! I must also acknowledge Mr. Mokhtar in the restaurant. Thank you immensely for your professionalism and for maintaining order in the restaurant despite the large number of guests. As my vacation comes to an end, I’ll be leaving the country in a week. Inshallah, I plan to return next year for a longer stay.
