Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and video games. The first room had a smell so I requested it and they changed it right away. I was very satisfied with the new room I received. The swimming pool was also pleasant.

Speaking English and Spanish, staff are always on hand to help at the 24-hour front desk. I just loved the rooms having wooden floors instead of carpet. The air conditioning was totally silent while keeping us warm when it was freezing outside. My wife thought the bed was one of the most comfortable she has ever slept on.

The hotel is in an amazing location - right in the middle of shops and still feels secluded and serene. Check in was easy and efficient and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean with good views of the town centre. Overall, I feel the service was exceptional, and I feel the room was pricey but good value for money.
