The room had the classical and modern elements required to cater for a comfortable experience. The breakfast buffet was rich and abundant that can appeal to all kinds of taste and preferences. Sauna and hot steam bath was great after a cold day walking around Sapa. Staff was friendly, especially the front desk who also arranged a transfer vehicle for us back to Hanoi. Special thanks to Tina who went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue we had with the driver and ensured we reached our destination without any further hassle.

Everything was clean, and at night, the place looked like a little fairy-tale village. Food was quite good and reasonably priced.
