Very nice place with a good staff

This wasn't my first stay but every time I stayed at this hotel, I am amazed by the consistent level of excellence. Everything is perfect, but especially the hotel staff (I remember Ali from the reception, but everyone is amazing). Their breakfast is one of the best I've had, and the whole stay was a very pleasant experience as usual.

Every body was so helpful,from the reciptionist,to the coffee hospitality people to the valet parking employees concierge and everyone, they welcomed us with a box of nice chocolate as well

We especially loved the large windows that let in so much natural light and offered a nice view of the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the staff—everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was fresh and varied, with healthy options available, which we really appreciated. The rooftop pool and gym are also fantastic features. The pool area offers a relaxing escape with stunning views, and the gym is well-equipped and clean. Location-wise, it’s well-connected to the rest of Dubai and just a short drive from key attractions. Whether you're here for business or leisure, Element Al Jaddaf is a great choice. We’ll definitely be coming back!
