Clean, great facilities, good breakfast, convenience with having a mall across the road. The bell boys & concierge were very attentive and friendly.

Very nice hotel, both architecturally and environmentally (magnificent golf course and paradisiac gardens). Although located quite far from Dubai downtown, but easily accessible thanks to the free shuttles, it is full of such a multitude of activities (water sports, golf, beach, restaurants, bars, horse riding,…) that time flies too fast. A huge thanks to all the staff who are eminently helpful, dedicated and respectful of each of their customers ! A very special “thank you” to : - Reception team : remarkably professional and welcoming. They do not hesitate to go out of their way to satisfy the slightest need or fix a possible problem. Thank you so much SARAH 🌹🌺 - Concierge team : a first class service that assists you without you even having to ask. Thanks a lot BAMBO and GULAM (I hope to see you at Tomorrowland 😉). - Cleaning staff : very picky and attentive. Congratulations and thank you for the realization of folding towels 🤩. - Restaurants : wonderful team ! the chefs prepare quality delightful food and hostesses and waiters are very helpful. Thank you for your attentiveness DARAUSE and I was very pleased to talk about India with you SANJAY (White Orchid restaurant). - Buggies and shuttle drivers : thank you for your care. We will definitely come back as soon as possible 😊

It is a very good hotel for those who want to travel with a child up to 12 years old. Facilities suitable for children. It can be said that it is one of the most unique hotels built especially for children in the world.

Friendly staff good facilities and nice smell if we enter the room

Clean rooms. Comfy bed. Friendly staff and great gym facilities. Food at breakfast time was delicious.

Everything! First, I choose Avani 'cose we came from aerport Abu Dhabi and in 1 min you are in the hotel/bus to return to airport, station is in front of Avani. Also Metro red line! So, I already give recomadation to all my friends! Last several months we have that Wizz flight to A.D. so, all people from Serbia can come to visit Dubai on a low budget Second, reception guy let us erlier than is hotel policy. I am so grateful for that and so sorry that I did not ask for his name. He saved my day!! Food...o my god! Like 5 stars hotel I've been. Pool, coridors, music, rooms..so beautiful end elegant And bed, OMG,I need that! 🤣 I want that in my home. We slept on clouds Excelent!
