The service level is otherworldly. The lady at reception has catering and service in her blood, and that is shared by the rest of the team. They organized for me to be able to take a shower and change before going to the airport after a hot and sunny day, even though I had checked out hours ago! The breakfast is very good. Just the right balance between typical continental food and more local (mouhallabieh is worth a try!)

Richie at front of counter when we checked in just couldn't do enough , she was an outstanding to deal with nothing was an issue , all she did was help the breakfast was a stunning variety of all you could need start the day off with.

The hotel's was very helpful and nice to talk to. Hotel facilities are good and we had a very good New Years Dinner and view on the NYE fireworks. Highly recommend !!
