The accommodation was very charming, reminiscent of a swiss chalet. Breakfast was delightful. Staff was extremely attentive and kind. We are thankful for the upgrade offered without request. Location is just perfect! If you’re using public transport to get there, the bus stop is only 2 minutes from the hotel. Mesmerizing view from the balcony, beautiful garden and interiors of the hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is a small supermarket couple minutes from the hotel. Definitely worth to visit. Our stay was exceptional.

Great location near the water! Just so peaceful with our room balcony facing the pristine waters and awesome green mountains. The restaurant below was pricey but food and service were excellent. Free parking and the breakfast was a delight. Luzern is just a 20 minute ride by car.
