10/10 - Exceptional Service at Park Hyatt Guangzhou My stay at the Park Hyatt Guangzhou was absolutely outstanding, and much of that was thanks to the excellent service provided by Soulphen Young at the reception. From the moment I arrived, Soulphen went above and beyond to ensure my experience was flawless. Reception Service: Soulphen Young was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. She welcomed me warmly, made sure everything was in order, and was always available to assist with any request. Whether it was providing local tips, answering questions, or helping with arrangements, Soulphen's dedication truly stood out. Accommodations and Amenities: The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious rooms that offered the highest level of comfort and elegance. The amenities were top-notch, including excellent dining options, a well-equipped fitness center, and a relaxing spa, all contributing to an exceptional experience. Location and Convenience: Located in the heart of Guangzhou, the Park Hyatt offers convenient access to shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. It is new, the bed sheets were extremely nice, the smell in the hotel was perfect. I love the breakfast and the cost of 68 yuan for it. Icely, the manager was very helpful, and all the staff tried their best to make me feel good. There is Starbucks on the first floor, bakery not far away, many restaurants around. Metro station close. I really loved everything about my stay!

    The hotel was easy to get to and within walking distance to all the malls, Tee Mall and others. Spacious room and bathroom, nice laundry room and breakfast was great, lots of different options and the staff were super friendly in the buffet. We had a room with a small window, which I guess was better than no window. Although the floor and rooms were non-smoking, guests were smoking in the hallways, and the staff did not say anything to them. Wifi did not work.
