Rooms are large and clean. The staff are the nicest I have ever seen, kind and helpful. The hotel has free private parking space which is safe and convenient. Tram station is only two hundred meters away and easy to go to the high ranking places. Nothing to say, except for “HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”

The breakfast was excellent!! The room was fine except for the configuration of the toilet being in a smaller cramped room, but that was a small thing in my estimation. The staff were extremely friendly, and made us feel at home!

The room was compact, but adequate - similar in size to other hotels in this area. Very well furnished. The location is just perfect. The breakfast was well laid out and of a high quality and had everything you could ask for. They also served local delicacies such as Prague Ham. Best thing is the timing it was till 11am, which is generous. The service and staff was exceptional, everyone went overboard to help you with guidance, advice etc. Even the in-house minibar was free - water, orange juice, iced tea, beer! One day our toilet was not cleaned perfectly - one mention from me, and it was fixed right away. A special mention to Klara at reception, who was incredibly helpful!

We took Flixbus from Cesky Krumlov to Prague main bus station (Prague Central Florenc). Hotel is 350m from Florenc bus station, Hotel can be spotted from the bus station. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you to the old town. Tram stop is across the road. Billa supermarket is opposite the hotel. Mc Donalds nearby. Room is clean. Beds are comfortable. There is aircond in the room, well equipped. Bottled drink, coffee, milk, small coffee maker, electrical kettle, hairdryer are provided in the room, nice touch. Hotel also has lifts. Good modern new hotel. Easy to take early morning RegioJet bus from Florenc station to the airport.

The location is the best part for the people who love peace and silence and also it is super safe because its near a lot of embassies . And also the receptions are very professional and friendly especially the guy nightshift 31rd December unfortunately forgot his name but in general they are fantastic and helpful , the size of the room which was given to us also is good.thank you
