Did not expect to get a small gift for Easter from the hotel. It is quite a surprise for me. Asked a girl tips on the public transport from the receptionist in Bonn to get the ticket on public transportation. I am waiting for the front office personal to pick up the luggage but the person is away. The cleaning stuff also helped to look for the staff.

Superb accommodation. I couldn‘t fault it. Excellent in terms of cleanliness, convenience, helpfulness of staff. What a bonus getting the room cleaned and towels replaced every day. Right on the pedestrian mall leading into the old town. 3 minutes from the Hauptbahnhof. I can‘t recommend it highly enough.
