Great experience. Our favorite hotel in all of our Spain trip and we were only there for one night. They have a Metro station that connects you to Atocha Train Station and the Airport right in front of the hotel so it is very convenient. The room was nice and spacious. The lobby was very pretty. Staff was so nice and accommodating. Highly recommend.

This is our house whenever we are in Madrid. I think this says all. One special recognition to the lovely staff in the breakfast room and to the door men at the entrance.

Design from Jaime Hayon was the main reason for me to choose the hotel. Location is incredible (Plaza de España) with metro station just across the street. All the staff, like Mr. Enrique Asprón, is very welcoming and gentle. Fitness center 24 hs is a plus.
