The hotel is at a great location. The sound insulation in the room was exceptional, we didn't hear anything from other rooms. The bed was huge and super comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Was very shocked by how beautiful this hotel was. Pictures don’t even do it justice. The staff were super friendly with my dogs and the check in process was super quick. Came in with a camper van and yet the parking they had was very spacious and just so convenient. Located in the best neighbourhood in San Sebastián restaurants near by and just great for a couple of days and even more. Will be returning for sure !

the location can not be better. It is an excellent hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast. I have been there several times over the years and certainly choose it again next time.
