The location was just perfect for us passing through. We got to enjoy the old charming village and the view on the Seine. Very nice owner and staff and a great breakfast. We haven't had a chance to test the spa facilities yet, but that looked very promising too.

first of all, well located, clean, parking has secure gates. quiet, no noise, I had a very good rest. I hope to come back again. and it didn't smell like cigarettes. that's what I appreciate the most

We (2 adults and 2 children) lived at Novotel Suites in Rouen for an entire week. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The breakfast was really nice and the hotel (both the room and in general) was nice and clean. We can deffinetely recommend a stay at Novotel Suites.

The hotel is brand new. The rooms are very nice. The staff are extremely helpful, they were very kind to my 2 little girls and gave them a little duck to play with. The breakfast is good too.
